Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Benched.gg for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Benched.gg
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Benched.gg at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose

Benched.gg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the service will meet your requirements

For Pro subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in immediate termination of service
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

The information on Benched.gg is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.

In no event shall Benched.gg or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Benched.gg, even if Benched.gg or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Benched.gg could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Benched.gg does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Benched.gg may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
